Shipping
- Products are dispatched within 7-10 business days of order placement. Customised orders may take longer.
- Depending on the location, shipping time is usually between 3-4 days
- All Shipments are insured
Return/ Exchange Policy
- We will be accepting returns only in case of defects (manufacturing or in-transit) or if the wrong product has been delivered. In such situations, get in touch with us within 3 days of receiving the product
- Jewelry, if damaged externally, is excluded from replacement guarantee
- Damages include:
- Damage or mutilation due to improper handling or accidents
- Normal wear & tear through continuous usage
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation is possible only before the product is dispatched. No cancellation once the order is dispatched
- No cancellation for customised jewellery
