- Return Window: Initiate your return within 4 days of receiving your order.
- Product Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging, including all tags and certificates.
- Return Method: Returns will be picked up by our logistics partner; self-shipping is not permitted.

Return Charges:
- A ₹200 return processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers logistics and restocking costs.
Refund Details:
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds will be processed via bank transfer. Please provide your bank account details when initiating the return. The refund will be processed within 7 business days post-inspection.
Important Notes:
- Returns will only be accepted if the product passes our quality inspection.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
Cancellations
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
- Customized Orders: Customized jewelry orders are final and cannot be canceled.
